Our Approach

We know email can be one of the most important and time consuming areas of your life and working with someone to help you manage that aspect of your life may be unfamiliar to start. We aim to build trust with you overtime. We implement a 1-3 month process of learning about your business and working together at your pace to take over more responsibility of your inbox to save you hours of remedial tasks.
 
During the first few weeks, we get to the basics to give you some immediate relief. We help you clean up your inbox, create folders for organization, delete emails you don’t need, unsubscribe from un-wanted emails and uncover lost opportunities buried in your inbox and reach out to those opportunities on your behalf. As we continue to learn about you and your business, we study how you answer customer questions, what tone of voice you use, what tools you use and how you do things overall to get a sense of your natural patterns. 
 
Over this 1–3-month span, we aim to slowly integrate into your workflow at a comfortable pace. We start to mimic your communication styles and start to communicate directly with your clients, setting up appointments, following up with stale leads and much more to help you save time in your day. Our Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

Getting started is a breeze, only requiring 15-25 minutes of your time. You simply share your support requirements with us, we walk you through our service offerings, and you have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Step 2: Screen Share

During the second call, we invite you to share your inboxes to us. This allows us to examine the types of messages you regularly receive, providing us with valuable insight to better tailor our inbox management services to your needs. Additionally, you’re welcome to pose any further questions you may have during this session.

Step 3: Integration Period

This period can last between 30-90 days and is broken down into several phases: The Cleanup Phase, The Learning Phase, and The Assessment Phase.

Step 4: Ongoing Inbox Management

After the Integration Period is complete, we have developed trust with you managing the parts of your inbox you feel confident in our abilities with. At this time, we determine whether it makes sense to increase or decrease your monthly plan based on your needs.

Connor Croteau is the Owner of Inbox Hero. Connor has 10+ years experience working with small businesses, early stage companies and startups in a wide range of industries including UI/UX design, consumer technology, executive recruiting, lead generation, and hospitality in project management and internal operations management roles.
 
Connor, who holds a B.S. in Biology from Quinnipiac University has a fascination for operations, technology and productivity.
 
Connor started Inbox Hero to help small businesses become more efficient and to help them grow by helping businesses save time in their inbox and in communication responsabilities.
